POAH Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Grace Apartments, a 102-unit senior housing property in downtown Providence. You will perform preventative maintenance, inspect conditions, coordinate make-ready repairs, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Requirements include at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, HVAC certification preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends and on call.
