Scrubs/strips floors to remove all soil and finish/wax to base of floor, refinishes/recoats floors and buffs to a glossy appearance;
Operates power equipment, shampoos carpets, and removes spots from carpets;
Reports any necessary repairs needs to supervisor;
Cleans elevators, restrooms and all fixtures; cleans vents, lights, aluminum, washes ceilings and walls, vacuums rugs and carpets;
Performs duties assigned during fire or internal/community disaster; maintains department policies, procedures, safety, environmental and infection control
