Brown University Health - 164 Summit Avenue - Responsibilities:
Performs daily cleaning duties including buffing, stripping and refinishing floors, and shampooing carpets to maintain assigned hospital areas;
Assembles materials from supply rooms, transports supplies to work area, and stocks and maintains area per floor schedule;
Empties wastebaskets, cleans equipment, cleans bathrooms, dusts surfaces, vacuums, and assists with linen and trash management;
Transports trash and linen to designated areas and reports necessary repairs to supervisor;
Operates power equipment as needed and assists in emergency/disaster procedures
