This entry‑level position is part‑time with a flexible schedule. We work with you to create your perfect schedule. As a Maintenance Worker, you maintain the facility through preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance, completing requests from residents. Tasks include painting, cleaning carpets, changing lights, unclogging drains, hanging frames, and general repairs. You present a professional appearance and help ensure residents are comfortable in their homes.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
