Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, functional physical environment for students, employees and guests.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of the physical plant, buildings and equipment.
Painting skills and experience required.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- General maintenance work experience preferred.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Background check and drug screen required.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and frequently lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.

Position Title: Maintenance Worker/Painter
Job Type: Part‑Time (20 hours per week average)
Salary Range: $19.00 to $21.85 per hour based on experience and certifications.
Work Hours: Day shift 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; schedule may vary.
Locations: 763 NORTH 1650 WEST, Springville, UT; 4501 N. University Avenue, Provo, UT.
