Warehouse Sanitation Lead

Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full‑time Warehouse Sanitation Lead in Provo, Utah. The position is paid hourly at $21.00 per hour, wages are paid weekly, and benefits begin after 30 days of employment. On‑job paid training is provided, along with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a company match, and various employee discounts.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One year or more prior warehouse experience (preferred).
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location.
• Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and customers.
• Capability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Self‑driven and flexible, able to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capable of managing multiple assignments, setting priorities, and adapting to changing conditions.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.

• Clean restrooms, break room, locker room, and office areas per sanitation schedule.
• Clean exterior building areas including windows, walkways, and empty trash containers per schedule.
• Sweep and scrub warehouse floors and office areas.
• Wipe down racks, guard rails, and walls.
• Assist maintenance technicians with light maintenance tasks such as painting.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tour‑ready facility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including overtime when required.
