• Provide top‑tier pest control services in a variety of environments.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather—hot, cold, or wet.
• Operate independently in the field, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility for weekend work as needed).

• Physical Stamina:
  This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather.
• Dependability:
  Show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us.
• Strong Driving Record:
  Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least four years, with no more than two violations and one accident in the past three years. No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last five years.
• Pass a Drug Test:
  Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and at random testing thereafter.
• Age Requirement:
  Must be 21 or older to meet insurance coverage needs.
