Assist the Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.;
Complete work orders from residents and staff;
Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs;
Resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner;
Complete special projects as directed
