Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 2nd shift
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Courtyard at Jamestown Assisted Living in Provo, UT. Our Maintenance Technician keeps our residents' living areas well‑kept and serviced to high standards, and you are the right candidate if you are reliable, detail‑oriented, and friendly. You will help keep every apartment, common area, and outdoor space at Jamestown safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for our residents.
- Assist the Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
- Complete work orders from residents and staff
- Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs
- Resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner
- Complete special projects as directed
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Pleasant, detail-oriented, and friendly
