We are seeking a dependable Industrial Janitor to support facility cleanliness and safety in a manufacturing environment in Pryor, OK. This role is responsible for maintaining production areas, restrooms, break rooms, equipment, and common spaces to ensure a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

The ideal Industrial Janitor is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial setting while following safety and sanitation procedures.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures

• Clean and maintain production floors, restrooms, break areas, offices, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and pressure wash floors and surfaces as needed
  
  Remove trash, debris, and waste materials according to company procedures
• Clean machinery, equipment, and work areas as required
• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and restroom necessities
• Follow proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors
• Support production teams by maintaining safe and organized work areas
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment throughout the facility

• Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facilities
• Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices
• Ability to perform routine facility cleaning and maintenance tasks

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials as needed
• Ability to work around industrial equipment and production operations
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse environments
