Opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance projects, improve equipment reliability, and support major shutdowns and capital improvements at a large cement manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities- Report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
- Reduce maintenance costs through effective planning and execution.
- Improve equipment reliability by implementing predictive maintenance programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise corrective maintenance projects.
- Coordinate and complete assigned capital improvement projects.
- Identify equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
- Associate degree (minimum) in Engineering or a related technical field;
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
