Hourly Compensation

Hourly Rate: $16 – $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of the store. They maintain cleanliness from the parking lot to restrooms and the receiving area, keeping the environment safe and where mandatory. Responsibilities include routine sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing high‑traffic areas.
