Responsible for scheduling and dispatch of real‑time maintenance activities including purchasing and warehousing of all parts/materials for the Lift and Electrical Maintenance Departments.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation: Proposed hiring rate of $20.00 to $21.50+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Communicate with all Lift and Electrical Maintenance Staff in order to anticipate and satisfy parts and material needs.
- Facilitate procurement and inventory management of all parts and materials in a timely and orderly manner to provide technical staff with necessary equipment for multiple maintenance schedules and seasons.
- Coordinate with Central Warehouse staff to satisfy departmental shipping and receiving.
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping regarding all purchases, transactions, inventory control and materials warehousing.
- Maintain warehousing and shop location organization, cleanliness and security regarding all necessary parts, tools and materials to ensure accurate, safe and controlled allocation.
- Maintain professional relationships and contact with manufacturers, distributors, vendors, and sales associates to provide for best supplier opportunities.
- Provide dispatch communication and coordination of technician response to real‑time maintenance needs for lifts during operating season(s).
- Ensure successful initiation and documented response to down‑time and operating season maintenance activities to fulfill departmental and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate as needed with department management and Accounting to ensure accurate inventory control within budgetary guidelines.
Minimal guest contact but standard expectation of exemplary guest service.

Basic Requirements- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to fluently speak, read and write the English language.
- Eyesight must be, or corrected to, near 20/20.
- Hearing must be adequate for normal conversational activity. Use of corrective hearing device is permitted.
- Must be able to walk on unpaved, uneven and potentially weather‑affected surfaces.
- Must be able to climb and use ladders and step‑stools as part of normal work activities.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid US driver’s license.
- This position may require the use of a mountain radio/walkie‑talkies for communication.
- Minimum High School graduate, G.E.D. or equivalent.
