We’re hiring full-time Maintenance Worker to work Various Health Solutions Sites.
What You’ll Be Doing Keep our facilities looking their best by performing a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, drywall repair, door hardware replacement, and minor plumbing and electrical work. You'll help ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment by troubleshooting maintenance issues, maintaining common areas, and completing routine repairs. This role also supports office operations through furniture assembly and relocation, room setup, and other facility improvement projects as needed.
HVAC experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Maintenance Worker, under the supervision of the Director and Supervisor you will:
Repair and replace doorknobs or locks and door closures, and patching holes in walls
Drywall and texture walls
Paint interior office spaces
Clean common areas such as hallways, public restrooms, elevators, and stairwells using established practices and procedures
Troubleshoot minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement
Perform routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks, or urinals; and fixing water leaks, leaking faucets, and water fountains
Perform routine electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent lamps and assisting in repairing ballast and light fixtures
Assemble and move furniture, hang pictures and bulletin boards, move and set up tables and chairs
Performing other job-related duties as assigned by supervisors
Knowledge skills and abilities:
Knowledge of trades related to building maintenance and repair
Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance procedures and techniques
Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of public buildings
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
Skill in reading assembly instructions
Skills in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
Skill in using hand and power tools
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Ability to follow written instructions
Ability to follow verbal instructions
Ability to make independent decisions and exercise good judgment
Ability to work independently (without direct supervisory or coworker support)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds independently
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead
Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments

What we’re looking For—The Must-HavesA high school/GED diploma and a minimum of one year of paid maintenance work required.
Six to eight years of experience in interior drywall, texture and painting.
Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Basic computer skills.
Proven ability to perform routine maintenance work.
Flexible schedule to include emergency weekend and evening calls.
