Custodian – Ford Elementary (4‑hour Evening Shift)

Littleton Public Schools (LPS) is a premier school district located a few miles south of downtown Denver. With approximately 13,000 students, LPS offers a comprehensive education from preschool through Grade 12 at ten elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools, several alternative programs, a central preschool, and two charter schools. • Clean assigned areas by vacuuming, mopping, waxing, buffing, and stripping floors and cleaning walls, windows, and other common areas.
• Perform meeting set‑ups and take‑downs by moving furniture, setting up chairs, and preparing rooms.
• Monitor assigned areas by walking halls and grounds, picking up and disposing of trash.
• Dust fixtures in assigned areas.
• Clean bathrooms by mopping floors, cleaning toilets, and wiping walls, mirrors, and sinks.
• Maintain consistent, regular attendance at work and follow district procedures for absence reporting.
• Recognize opportunities for improvement and implement improved methods within the limits of authority; adapt to changes in responsibilities and work schedule.
• Promote and follow Board of Education policies, building or department procedures, and other rules and regulations established by central administration.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Criminal background check required for hire.

Starting salary is $19.41 per hour plus benefits. Additional compensation is determined based on relevant experience.
