Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Integral Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices;
Sweeps, dusts, dust mops, and wet mops all floors and stairways; vacuums floors, rugs, carpets and runners;
Maintains equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition; collects trash and manages designated pick-up areas;
Responsible for maintaining community laundry and ensuring sanitation of the laundry area;
Reports needed repairs and supply/equipment needs to Lead Housekeeper; ensures safety and compliance with fire codes
