Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Industrial Cleaners for our client in Dublin, Virginia.

Pay Rate
: $17.00/hour

Schedule varies
; shifts are Saturday‑Sunday‑Monday‑Tuesday OR Thursday‑Friday‑Saturday‑Sunday. Saturday & Sunday are always 12‑hour shifts (example: 6:00 am‑6:00 pm or 6:00 pm‑6:00 am). Monday‑Friday are 8‑10 hour shifts. Other shift varies per client request.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in industrial settings.
• Utilize core skills in industrial cleaning and sanitation.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Apply janitorial experience, food production, and manufacturing knowledge to meet industry standards.
• Perform heavy lifting and contribute to efficient cleaning processes.
• Work primarily in an industrial plant environment; manual labor.

• Strong communication skills.
• Work in a team environment.
• General housekeeping as needed.
• Paint booth cleaning / tank cleaning / pit cleaning.
• Duct cleaning.
• Operate commercial pressure washing equipment.
• Large machinery cleaning.
• Cleaning delicate robots.
• Clear and scrape paint line grates.
• Scrub processing tanks and vats.
• Transport trash and waste to appropriate disposal areas.
• Clean screens and filters.

• 1+ year of industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Steel‑toed shoes required for employment.
• Must be able to pass pre‑screening background check (no violent or sex offenses in the last 7 years) and drug test.
• Must be able to complete and pass required safety testing.
• Must be capable of moving heavy grates and other items in the paint shop (no lifting restrictions).
• Unable to be afraid of heights.
