Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to manage daily bar operations, lead the bartending team, and ensure excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily bar operations & staff
• Ensure quality, consistency & presentation of cocktails
• Maintain inventory & control wastage
• Train and guide bartenders
• Maintain hygiene & safety standards
• Deliver fast, professional guest service
Requirements:
• 2–5 years bar experience (1+ year in supervisory role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic & signature cocktails
• Leadership & team management skills
• Good communication & customer handling
