Head of Operations – Little Big World (Preschool & Daycare Network)

Pune (with travel across regions)

Little Big World is looking for a senior, values‑driven leader to anchor operations across a large, multi‑state network of preschool and daycare centres. This role leads through Regional & Cluster Heads and ensures that every centre reflects our core values of Transparency, Integrity, Perseverance, Excellence, Respect and Care.
What You Will Lead
Upholding values and culture across all centres
Ensuring high standards of safety, hygiene, nutrition, learning & parent experience
Strengthening SOPs, audits, training systems and operational discipline
Driving enrolments through corporate partnerships, roadshows & community visibility
Recruiting, developing and coaching Regional/Cluster/Centre Heads
Reducing founder dependence by building a strong, accountable second line
What You Bring
10–15+ years in a senior leadership role in high‑touch, high‑discipline industries
Ability to lead large teams with calmness, clarity and consistency
Strong operational judgement and people‑first leadership
Master’s degree and strong functional computer skills
