Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords;
Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents;
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company policies;
Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other jurisdictions
