The Town Center at Tuckers Cove, located in Punta Gorda, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Housekeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $19.00 hourly;
Part-time and Full-time positions available. Overview:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing both interior and exterior areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Clean and dust surfaces, glass partitions, and doors.
• Remove trash and recycling.
• Clean up spills, broken glass, and other messes promptly.
• Perform cleaning-related maintenance activities, including maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Refill supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• One year of proven cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• English language proficiency required.
