Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This position covers 2–3 locations within a 25-mile radius. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. This is an onsite role in a manufacturing environment developing aircraft engines, avionics, and flight systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
  • Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required; in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered
  • Driver's license required
Required Experience
  • 5–7 years of job-related experience
Work Environment /

Physical Requirements
  • Stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders required
  • Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
  • Onsite role in a manufacturing environment
  • Background check required (CBRE Safety Specific — with drug screen & MVR)
