General Repair:
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping to keep various sites operational.;
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate company vehicles including trucks, forklifts, floor scrubbers, and genie lifts.;
Skilled Craft Support:
Provide essential assistance and labor to other skilled trades working on specialized facility projects.; PM Documentation:
Accurately complete preventative maintenance reports and task requests in a timely manner.;
Facility
Housekeeping: Maintain plant cleanliness by performing janitorial tasks and ensuring a safe, organized workspace.
