• 1+ years in a supervisor role
• HVAC certification strongly preferred
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in daily maintenance operations for a multi-unit residential community
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff
• Ensure timely completion of work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Maintain property appearance, safety, and compliance with all regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required
