Maintenance Technician – Silver Creek by Bonaventure

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep residents comfortable and our community in great shape. The role involves repair, painting, and general maintenance of buildings and suites.

• High Starting Wage – $23.00 to $25.00 per hour

• Repair drywall throughout the community and resident suites
• Touch up painting and/or repaint resident suites as needed
• Complete "room turns" after a resident moves out
• Troubleshoot and fix maintenance needs for residents and the community
• Coordinate and work with vendors to ensure repairs are completed correctly and at the right price
• Respond to resident work orders in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, vendors, and outside providers
• Perform general building and facilities maintenance

• Experience with drywall repair, painting, and general maintenance
• English language proficiency required
• CPR certification preferred
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test
