You are

• Discreet and organized: you make our customers feel at home.

You will

• Take advantage of professional quality equipment and innovations to ensure working comfort and greater autonomy.
• Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department.
• Anticipate and respond to different customer requirements and needs (600 to 1500 customers).
• Manage a maintenance team of 30 to 50 employees.
• Monitor stock levels, identify supply needs and draw up orders.
• Check that work is carried out to Club Med’s high quality standards.
• Be familiar with the resort and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering, etc.).
• Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
