Position: Commis hôte - Saisonnier été 2026

With your strong organizational skills and calm under pressure, you help ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-orchestrated experience for every guest, while actively contributing to the efficient flow of dining room service.

Seasonal Position — Summer 2026

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Take care of guests from arrival to departure, offering a warm welcome and responding proactively to their needs

Escort guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate the seating plan to ensure smooth service flow

Collaborate closely with the service team to deliver a seamless dining experience

Assist with setting up dining areas, meetings, and banquet spaces

Support service as needed, including setup, clearing, and organizing

Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and proper storage of equipment

Follow all applicable standards and regulations, including those related to beverage service

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Previous restaurant experience (an asset)

Ability to provide warm, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure

Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and versatility

Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods

Strong communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written), due to interactions with English-speaking guests and colleagues across Canada
