• Supervise a team of 4 to 6 chefs
• Manage orders and stock for hot, cold, and breakfast sections
• Oversee buffet setup, appeal, and replenishment for 600 to 1000 covers per service
• Personalize customer service through plating at buffets or bistronomic restaurants
• Ensure quality standards, health and safety compliance, and maintenance of resort assets
• Motivate and support your team to achieve objectives and professional growth
• Experience working with diverse international teams in scenic locations
