Overview

Assistant Manager – McDonald’s restaurant of Charlevoix. This position will allow you to grow and take on diverse and stimulating responsibilities.

• Manage crew breaks and team positioning
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with tasks such as scheduling, ordering supplies, conducting interviews, inventory management, etc.
• Perform cash counts and prepare deposits
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure workplace health and safety
• Support team members with food preparation or service
• Train and develop your team
• Perform any other related tasks
