POSITION: Assistant Cook

LOCATION: Prévost Cars (35 Bd Gagnon, Sainte-Claire G0R 2V0)

• A car is required to travel to Prévost Cars, as there is no bus service to the site.

SALARY: $20.00 per hour, depending on experience; to be discussed during the interview.

START DATE: Immediately – 2026

SCHEDULE / HOURS: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the chef in the preparation of the daily menu

• General kitchen preparation

• Mise en place

• Ensure quantities are respected and food quality meets Aramark standards

• Ensure the application of management, health, food hygiene and safety programs

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service

• Participate in the general maintenance of the kitchen

• Comply with established safety rules

• Perform any other related tasks as required

• Be able to respond to operational needs

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in food service or restaurant settings

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Autonomy in performing tasks

• Positive attitude

• Strong customer-service orientation
