ARAMARK is seeking Dishwashers for the food service operations at Camp Vimy

Position: Dishwasher

Location: Camp Vimy, Valcartier Base

Salary: $18.25 (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

Start Date: Early May 2026 (summer employment – May, June, July, and August)

Public transportation does not reach the site. Applicants must arrange their own transportation to the military base. Carpooling may be possible after hiring.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash, transport, and store dishes
• Perform cleaning tasks
• Clean counters and surrounding work areas; sweep and mop the service area, kitchen, and workstation
• Assist with kitchen and equipment maintenance
• Clean tables
• Ensure cleanliness of the workstation and nearby areas
• Assist with putting away orders when needed
• Follow established safety regulations
• Perform any other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience (an asset)
• Good physical endurance for lifting and carrying items
• MAPAQ certification (an asset)
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to perform tasks independently
• Ensure hygiene and food safety programs are followed
• Ability to meet operational needs

The selected candidate for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check and, when necessary, a vulnerable sector check. Employment with Aramark will be conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by the company. Employees must be 18 years of age or older.

The pay range for this position is $16.10 - $19.00.
