- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- Clean and prepare surfaces
- Food safety/handling skills
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- CPR Certificate Security and safety
