Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities equipment or fixtures;
Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment or fixtures and document wear and tear;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors and track parts and costs;
Respond promptly to emergency calls and document repair activities;
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart quality standards
