**** Maintenance Training Grade II
*
* Location:

2100 Gardner Expressway, Quincy, IL 62301

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; some weekends and overtime required

Pay: $29.76/hour
** Job Duties
*** Complete preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance on equipment throughout the facility
* Operate standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance tools, etc.
* Utilize maintenance trades and components such as fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Modify/build/install equipment based on reading and comprehending schematics, blueprints, or operating manuals
* Ensure product safety and quality
* Operate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc.
* Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and documentation
* Knowledge of plant equipment and process flow
** Requirements
* ** 18 years or older
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Ability to work in elevated areas
* Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
* Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or differential shifts
