Classification: Non-Exempt / Hourly

Performs custodial duties and minor repairs. Assists in sanitation and identifies safety hazards while keeping the workplace clean and organized.

• Perform cleaning duties and minor repair work, including cleaning the interior of buildings such as floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and place orders for new products when needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Clean and maintain restrooms.
• Dust furniture and fixtures.
• Perform limited grounds and parking lot maintenance.
• Report needs for major store repair to a member of management.
• Assist in checking for safety hazards and correct deficiencies as soon as possible.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks checklist as assigned.
• Communicate with customers, management, and store team members.
• Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Complete special projects directed by management and additional responsibilities may be assigned throughout the Corporate Office to meet the needs of the business.

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Some maintenance and custodial experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with a passion for collaborating with team members that want to grow.

Pay Range: $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr
