As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. Your responsibilities include sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining equipment, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and ensuring the safe and clean environment for members and associates.

• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, guidelines, and methods with approved chemicals and equipment.
• Respond to spills and operate floor scrubbers; dispose of cardboard, plastic, and other trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain adequate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, proper storage, and place orders when supplies are low.

The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
