Our client, a leading organization in maintaining clean and safe work environments, is seeking a First Shift Custodian to join their team. As a First Shift Custodian, you will be part of the Facilities Support team, dedicated to ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Quincy, IL

Pay Range: $41600 - $41600

Shift: First Shift 3am-11am

What's the Job?

• Maintain cleanliness of office building, restrooms, change rooms, and break rooms.
• Sweep and mop floors in hallways, offices, and other designated areas.
• Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces to ensure a dust-free environment.
• Operate mechanical floor scrubbing equipment to maintain flooring standards.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is stored properly and waste containers are emptied daily.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for an 8-hour shift.
• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
• Experience with cleaning procedures and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Willingness to work in environments exposed to heat, cold, dirt, and cleaning chemicals.
