• Own and help drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes
• Provide support to management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure all safety measures are enforced
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control, and key security
• Inspect for curb appeal to ensure property looks its best
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents and teammates

At least one year of experience in maintenance needs of a community.

Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance.

Proficiency in written, spoken, and understood English.

Ability to use computers and related applications.

Jack of all trades.
