Job Description:

Become part of the Scrub-A-Dub and join a team of oil change professionals. We strive to provide fast, friendly and convenient service. As a Lube Technician, you will become a trusted consultant to the customer by evaluating their needs and performing efficient and reliable preventative maintenance services.

What to Expect

• Perform preventative maintenance services including but not limited to oil changes, fluid flushes, and replacement of vital elements such as bulbs and filters
• Maintain constant communication throughout the facility with other associates
• Documented precise information to be entered into work order system
• Assist customers with questions and purchases
• Create relationships of trust with customers through exceptional customer service and courtesy
• Make customers feel comfortable and satisfied with their services and environment
• Keep customers informed regarding recommendations for their vehicle and services to be performed
• Work efficiently as a team to provide quality automotive services
• Identify and resolve problems which have a negative impact on vehicle performance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• $14 – $16/hour Base Wage (PLUS Commission);
