Job Summary
The Floor Tech position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors. Duties include stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing, spot cleaning, and ensuring safety measures are followed. The role may also support special projects such as setups, breakdowns, move‑ins/move‑outs, and other assigned tasks.
Pay & HoursHourly pay range: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, depending on shift and position. Shift schedule: DAY – 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, NIGHT – 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM.

Responsibilities- Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Uses chemical cleaners and power equipment following procedures to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors.
- Performs spot cleaning treatment in carpeted areas.
- Drives vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners.
- Assists the Building/Account Lead with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Makes use of safety procedures in work areas.
- Willingness and flexibility to complete all assigned tasks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including a ten‑year work history if available.
- Customer Service experience.
- At least 1 year of similar work experience.
