Job Overview:
We are seeking Maintenance Engineers / Maintenance Technicians to support a Brownfield site build and ongoing manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with facility utilities, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and regulated manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Brownfield build activities for a 5-acre site/campus.
• Perform maintenance and improvements related to utilities, facilities, HVAC, and manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot basic utilities, alarm systems, and mechanical components.
• Support manufacturing equipment upkeep and improve production line efficiency.
• Maintain GMP documentation and record activities in the CMMS Maximo system.
• Coordinate with onsite vendors for complex utility troubleshooting, including WFI pumps, clean steam systems, and clean compressed air systems.
• Support BAS/BMS activities within Siemens systems.
Required Qualifications:
• Must be available to work 3rd Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST).
• Must be comfortable working a 3-2-2 rotating schedule onsite.
• Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ability to troubleshoot utilities, mechanical systems, and alarm systems.
• Experience with HVAC, facility utilities, and maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (Maximo preferred).
• Experience with WFI pumps, clean steam, clean compressed air systems, or related utilities is a plus.
Shift Requirement: 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST
Schedule: 3-2-2 Rotating Schedule (Onsite)
