Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Racine, WI!

We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting one of our affordable housing communities in the Racine area. Your work will directly impact the comfort, safety, and quality of life of our residents while helping create a community they are proud to call home. What

You'll Do:
  • Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

  • Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.

  • Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.

  • Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.

  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.

  • Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

  • Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.

  • Communicate with vendors and contractors.

What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements.

  • Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
