Perform assigned grounds maintenance duties under the supervision of the grounds supervisor(s).

• Basic experience and knowledge of grounds maintenance procedures.
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes in emergency situations.
• Ability to lift heavy loads.
• Knowledge to operate a variety of motor vehicles.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Experience operating powered lawn and turf maintenance equipment.
• Grounds maintenance experience on a large or small scale.

This position is designated as essential & emergency personnel and will be required to work during emergency closings/situations.

A valid driver's license is required.
