Job DescriptionPerform assigned grounds maintenance duties under the supervision of the grounds supervisor(s).
Required Qualifications- Basic experience and knowledge of grounds maintenance procedures.
- Ability to respond within 30 minutes in emergency situations.
- Ability to lift heavy loads.
- Knowledge to operate a variety of motor vehicles.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience operating powered lawn and turf maintenance equipment.
- Grounds maintenance experience on a large or small scale.
This position is designated as essential & emergency personnel and will be required to work during emergency closings/situations.
A valid driver's license is required.
