Facilities​/Engineering Manager

Sodexo is seeking a Jr Utilities Engineer to support a Pharma Client in Rahway, NJ. This role supports utilities and powerhouse operations, coordinates contractor maintenance for boilers and chillers, and monitors equipment performance.

The Junior Utilities Engineer generates utility reports, tracks daily water usage, organizes data for management review, supports energy‑saving initiatives, conducts facility inspections, issues HRW permits, and coordinates contractors and technicians.

In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day operations for facilities and engineering services, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance and support across the site. You’ll manage vendor relationships, oversee frontline teams, and drive compliance, training, and performance that align with client expectations and operational goals.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $67405 - $87230
