Assist the Reservations team in supporting the Director of Sales by efficiently managing room bookings and coordinating closely with the Rooms, Sales, and other related departments. Help maximise room revenue through effective inventory management while ensuring every guest receives exceptional service in accordance with Hyatt's Brand Standards.
Qualifications
Preferably holds a diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 1 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office is desirable. Strong administrative abilities, effective problem‑solving skills, and excellent interpersonal communication are essential for success in this role.
