Role Description  The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role includes managing branch staff, setting performance objectives, and monitoring key metrics to achieve business targets. The Branch Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, coordinate training and consulting services, and promote CGS offerings within the local market.

Additional responsibilities include budgeting, resource planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires leading local initiatives, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with senior leadership to implement strategic plans.
Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and coaching.
Experience in branch or operations management, preferably within training, education, consulting, or technology services.
Solid business development and client relationship management abilities, with a focus on local market growth.
Proficiency in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present to stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret metrics, identify issues, and implement process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
Knowledge of IT services, industrial automation, training, or education sectors is beneficial.
Comfort working with standard office software and basic business systems; familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Raipur, with a proactive and accountable approach to achieving branch goals.
