Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance of assigned properties, including general repairs, preventive maintenance, delivery of equipment, coordination of work between the user and Engineering department and/or outside contractors. Provides technical guidance and assistance for all traditional building systems and specialized systems.
