At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Maintenance Assistant, you help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community for residents, families, and team members. What You'll Do:
• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
• Support carpet and floor care as needed
• Assist with suite "make-ready" preparation
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
• Drive community vehicle as assigned You play a key role in safety, compliance, and day-to-day building operations. Pay Range:
16.40 - 20.55
