Building Maintenance Technician – Raleigh Locations
Join our team at Anderson Automotive Group. We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to support multiple dealership facilities in Raleigh and to assist our senior facility manager with other campuses as needed.

- Ensure a productive environment to enable the delivery of various facility services.
- Perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership.
- Act as a self‑starter, managing daily tasks and time efficiently.
- Assist the senior facility manager at other locations as needed.
- Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key employees, management, and outside vendors.
- Maintain focus on communication with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met.
- Conduct regular inspection tours of all buildings, equipment, and systems.
- Assist with special event setup and activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager.
- Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong hands‑on ability to directly perform and assist with onsite repairs.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and related software for task management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative for process improvements.
- Communication: Ability to effectively build rapport with others within the organization and outside vendors.
- Organization: Mastery of organizational tasks across multiple software platforms.
- Leadership: Ability to initiate and lead process improvements.
