Building Maintenance Technician – Raleigh Locations

Join our team at Anderson Automotive Group. We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to support multiple dealership facilities in Raleigh and to assist our senior facility manager with other campuses as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a productive environment to enable the delivery of various facility services.
  • Perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership.
  • Act as a self‑starter, managing daily tasks and time efficiently.
  • Assist the senior facility manager at other locations as needed.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key employees, management, and outside vendors.
  • Maintain focus on communication with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met.
  • Conduct regular inspection tours of all buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Assist with special event setup and activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
  • Strong hands‑on ability to directly perform and assist with onsite repairs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and related software for task management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative for process improvements.
