You will join a dynamic team at a luxury apartment community, overseeing the maintenance operations and guiding a team of technicians and groundskeepers.

• Oversee maintenance technicians and groundskeepers.
• Prioritize and execute work order requests.
• Maintain inventory and supplies.
• Handle emergency service calls on a rotation.
• Ensure community grounds are clean, free of debris and assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal.
• Develop team members in skills such as appliance repair, unit make‑ready, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting.
• Create and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist with capital projects.
• Support hosting resident events and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction scores meet company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification required; EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certifications.
• At least 2 years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Experience managing a maintenance team on an urban multi‑family property.
• Proven customer‑service experience.
• Strong time‑management, decision-making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to operate company equipment such as golf carts and maintenance vehicles.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely in accordance with safety guidelines.

• Require significant mobility, manual dexterity, and strength to lift up to 50 lbs., sometimes more with assistance.
• Exposure to noise, chemicals, temperature extremes, and prolonged standing or sitting.
• Work involves office duties and project work sites.
